Medical Payments To Others - - Coverage G
We will pay for you up to the Limit of Liability shown on the Declarations Page, the actual, necessary and reasonable medical expenses incurred or medically determined within three years from the date of an accident causing bodily injury.
Coverage G — Medical Payments To Others applies only to accidents that occur during the Policy Period shown on the Declarations Page.
Medical Payments To Others applies only to a person on your premises with your permission.
But Medical Payments To Others does not apply to:
1. Any tenant residing on your premises; or
2. Any other person regularly residing on your premises.
A Medical Payments To Others payment is not an admission of liability by any of you or us.
